Working under the various role such as Compliance Manager of the Corporate and all the working laws applicable to the organization and as a associate for handing cases of the clients for the recovery of their unclaimed or lost investment from the government department such as IEPFA, PFRDA, EPFO and for Corporate bodies, Companies, Funds & Schemes as per the laws and rules formed by the Government of India and Securities Laws provided under the SEBI Act, 1992 and Regulations made by the SEBI and any other manner for case to case basis. Drafting the agreements, affidavit, Bonds & any other document required while working with the organization and client. To co-ordinate with the Companies Specially with the Registrar and Transfer agents, Depository Participant, Investor Relation officer of the Companies, Company Secretary, Compliance officer & Nodal officer of the Organization or corporates for effective, efficient & time bound manner. Working as a Specialist under the Corporate Laws, Securities Laws & rules and regulations made thereunder including the interpretation of Legal terms while working on the cases of the Clients.
