I am an economics graduate from Nanyang Technological University. I have more than 10 years of experience in real estate investment and financial analysis. I am currently working as an investment manager in a family office in the United States. My career has covered the Asian and North American markets, and I have accumulated rich industry experience in well-known companies such as Blackstone Group, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. In the field of real estate investment, I am good at formulating investment strategies, market analysis, asset allocation and financial modeling. I have led several large commercial real estate and residential development projects to ensure efficient execution of projects from due diligence to delivery. My work in the family office focuses on diversified portfolio management, and through accurate market insights and risk control, I continue to bring stable returns to family assets.
