I began my career 30+ years ago in Ukraine, where I was a pioneer of Internet and IT, and my second job was as a CTO and founder of an Internet provider. This project was so innovative and exciting that I left my Ph.D. study for this very first IT company in Ukraine. Then, following my passion, I moved to Silicon Valley, where I managed the DevOps teams in fast-growing, high-demanding software corporations.I love technology and am impressed by its development and growth. That is why I always search for efficiency and innovation. Also, I am a big believer in team and leadership, as technology was created for the people: I know how to build and motivate a strong team that delivers expected results. While pushing my management career ahead, I still improve and develop my tech knowledge and expertise. That is why I can successfully manage global and complex development operations and be focused on making high-quality decisions. Finally, being very techy, I am also sure that business needs financial efficiency and return.
