Support Local Authorities and other Public Organisations across the region to deliver decarbonisation and renewable energy projects.Manage a portfolio of low-carbon energy projects supporting Public sector Organisations to achieve Net Zero targets.Coordinate technical studies and feasibility assessments for low-carbon technologies, with a focus on Rooftop & Ground-mount Solar PV, Heat Pumps, Battery storage, Onshore Wind farms, and DERs.Develop and prioritize a pipeline of low-carbon energy projects, supporting Local Authorities and Public Organisations in understanding decarbonization opportunities, shaping policy and strategy.Support Local Authorities and other Public Organisations in preparing and submitting funding applications for national programmes such as PSDS, IRS, HUG2, HNDU, LCSF, etc.Support stakeholder engagement across Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Universities, Schools, and public delivery partners.Monitor progress against project timelines, budgets, and carbon savings, preparing regular updates for senior stakeholders.
