End-to-end responsibility of customer account and ensuring that key performance indicators are met.\\\\n• Working collaboratively with the global sales team to review customer forecast and extrapolating same to the material planners with a view to ensuring on time delivery of materials\\\\n• Creating forward strategies that not only helps to reduce backlogs, but ensures future demands are produced and shipped on time to keep customer plants working at optimal level\\\\n• Challenging the engineering team to consider alternatives in case of non-availability of parts\\\\n• Managing the escalation process by working with customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer concerns are prioritised and a working forward delivery schedule is agreed and implemented\\\\n• Working with customers to manage schedule changes and reconciling demand fluctuations\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
