I\'m a plasma physicist and innovation developer with over 10 years combined experience within plasma processing/semiconductor technology and education. My strongest area of expertise is RF/tailored waveform source/table and etch process development. I lead in IP development, product ownership and collaboration to deliver novel solutions via experimentation and data-driven innovation. I\'m an expert in HPEM (Q-VT), COMSOL Multiphysics and Python for data analysis and bridging physical prototyping and simulations. I have also become adept at deploying machine learning algorithms and championing the effective use of AI for increased insights and productivity in cutting edge sectors.
