With over a decade of experience in financial reporting, control, and insurance accounting, I currently serve as Vice President – Finance & Accounting at Peak Re (GIFT IFSC), supporting the build-out and scaling of finance and governance functions in a growing reinsurance platform.Previously at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, I specialized in IFRS 17 and insurance reporting, leading IFRS 17 reporting for Prudential (UK), managing US GAAP reporting for ICICI Bank, and overseeing financial accuracy and internal controls. I have led complex cross-border reporting engagements and large transformation projects, including Ind AS 117 implementations.I collaborated closely with actuarial, IT, and audit teams, and mentored high-performing Chartered Accountants.
