Facilitate meetings and initiate conversations with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to provide requirement details and clarity. • Translate business requirements into product-specific designs and detailed specifications. • Develop business requirements document (BDR), functional requirements document (FRD), nonfunctional requirements document (NFR), requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and other project related documented needed for software development. • Support system implementations through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by analyzing and documenting outcomes. • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to ensure all conflicts and ambiguities related to requirements are resolved. • Perform and facilitate GAP analysis to determine if system changes are required. • Guide AGILE Scrum principles and practices to ensure team is utilizing Scrum framework. • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint planning, release planning, sprint demo and sprint retrospective. • Identify impediments and assist team members in resolving blockers to enable them deliver on their Sprint commitments. • Curate a well-organized product backlog in collaboration with developers and designers, ensuring that user stories are development-ready and appropriately grouped into epics. • Work with Product Owner to build out and manage the roadmap as well as prioritize the product backlog. • Craft user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and ensure each story is appropriately pointed.
