Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Super Agent located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Super Agent, you will be responsible for managing and retaining existing agents, recruiting new agents, overseeing operations, and ensuring agents are meeting targets for sales and customer service. Additionally, you will handle customer support for assigned agents and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, provide feedback, and represent the voice of agents in strategic planning.
