I currently lead the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sites throughout Western Canada. Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, code requirements, and strict quality control protocols. Develop detailed project scopes, design documentation, and execution plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Drive transparent communication, regular reporting, and align stakeholder expectations through structured project governance practices and risk management. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, trades, and municipal authorities. Promote high-performance culture through collaboration, conflict resolution, and real-time problem-solving to deliver measurable project results. Use tools like MS Project, Visio, and MS Teams to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables. Drive effective resource management, optimize workflow, and ensure all project milestones are met on time and within scope. Liaise with city officials and regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals, ensuring full OH & S compliance and alignment with environmental and safety regulations. Conduct construction site inspections and coordinate weekly progress meetings with contractors to address emerging issues and track deliverables.
