About Ademide O.
Hello everyone. I am an incoming Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) student at Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business, with a B.A. in Social Entrepreneurship and a minor in Music from Rollins College. With both academic and practical experience, I’ve developed skills in Talent Management & Acquisition, Onboarding, Interview Preparation, and Organizational Behavior. My journey has been shaped by diverse involvement in organizations such as the Rollins SHRM chapter, Student Support Foundation, Phi Mu Alpha Music Fraternity, Toastmasters, FeelGood, and the African Student Union. Through these experiences, I’ve discovered a deep passion for helping individuals thrive in their professional journeys. Learning from HR professionals in the SHRM chapter taught me the importance of elevating others and supporting their career paths, which are values I intend to carry forward as a future HR leader. I’m excited to continue growing within Purdue’s MSHRM program and to connect with professionals and peers who are passionate about the future of work.
