Currently Senior Manager in Bell\'s Big Data and AI team focusing on the data management, advanced analytics, and AI development for the Wireless Network. We do everything from data engineering to machine learning analytics- Program Manager for Bell\'s LTE and LTE-Advanced network, and worked with a small national team of planners to plan and budget the rollout of Bell\'s Wireless Network- Managed a team of Engineers and Network Performance Specialists responsible for the design and performance of the LTE, HSPA and CDMA|EvDO wireless networks in the Greater Toronto market- Manageed RF Engineering team during the successfull design and launch of Bell\'s HSPA and LTE networks in GTA and drove performance improvements to be the best in Canada- Reviewing and evaluating technical designs and setting direction for future design methodologies given current customer- Bringing team members from local and national groups together to deliver projects and improve customer experience to ensure we remain the best network- Setting team objectives, coaching, and performance reviews- Establishing engineering processes and working with other department managers to establish process changes in order to make all teams more effective- Effectively managing capital and expense budgets- Worked with a young team with a mix of experience and keeping them technically challenged and motivated.
