Curiosity may have killed the cat, but curiosity is what differentiates a good cybersecurity professional from a GREAT one!Throughout my time in the cybersecurity industry, specializing in client-focused security operations center (SOC) and threat intelligence roles, I have developed a devotion to excellent customer support, displayed constant growth in my knowledge and skill set, a proven track record of developing and implementing support programs that continue to yield positive outcomes, and continue to develop my proficiency as a leader.In my current role as a Technical Team Lead within the eSentire SOC, I lead a team of senior cybersecurity specialists with the mandate to serve as subject matter experts across eSentire’s suite of services, act as the primary point of technical escalation within the SOC, provide technical cybersecurity support to all internal clients, and to facilitate SOC support initiatives.
