I founded Scale Pro Advisors to give law firm owners the financial clarity to make every growth decision with confidence. Personal injury practices run on a financial model unlike any other. Before Scale Pro, I spent 15 years in investment banking, including 10 years at Perella Weinberg Partners advising on M&A, restructuring, and capital raising. I hold a Wharton MBA and CFA designation. That analytical rigor now works for firm owners, without the Wall Street price tag. Outside the office, you will find me training for my next marathon, cheering for Liverpool FC, or exploring Austin with my wife and two sons.
