I’ve spent most of my career figuring out how to make real estate work better — for the people who use the space, and for the business behind it.I started in New York, running operations and capital projects on residential and mixed-use buildings. That meant multimillion-dollar upgrades,$20M+ operating budgets, and balancing the realities of union and non-union workforces while keeping buildings running smoothly.Later I moved into commercial construction, taking on large rollouts and renovations across multiple sites at the same time — the kind of work where deadlines are tight and problem-solving never stops.What’s been consistent is the outcome: portfolios and projects delivered smarter — faster timelines, budgets used more effectively, and spaces that actually work for the people in them.I enjoy working where strategy meets execution: portfolio planning, lease and vendor negotiations, workplace optimization, and yes, still the occasional ground-up build.
