I possess over twenty-five years of experience in leveraging health care systems to enhance business strategy while influencing policy, systems, and environmental changes to improve population health outcomes. I head health equity, population health management, clinical quality improvement efforts, and state/federal regulatory compliance as a result of incorporating evidence-based programming and data analytics in decision-making. I build relationships with state and federal governments, community-based organizations, and payers such as Managed Care Organizations. These relationships allow for effective negotiation and implementation of value-based payments/pay-for-performance agreements, contributing to improved stakeholder satisfaction, better revenue, and health outcomes while decreasing unnecessary healthcare costs.
