My story: While being a senior executive Manager at 3M Multinational Company, I aimed at innovative solutions with multicultural, multifunctional and very diverse personalities, dealing with complex sectors (Healthcare, Energy, Aerospace, Defense and Security). In 2019 I had the opportunity to jump from experienced executive to young Entrepreneur and launch my coaching activity after 3 years of Mentoring practice.
