In this role I worked as both the classroom aide and RBT as both positions where vacant for the majority of my employment. I developed conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques working with children in grades k through 12. I worked alongside the classroom teacher aiding in direct instruction as well as with the school mental health staff to measure students behavioral progress using data collected within the classroom.
