Inquisitive and result-driven CIPD lv.5 People Practitioner with 2+ years of relevant experience working in journalism and aluminium foundry. After obtaining BA Philosophy and MA Translation Studies at Durham University, I am newly qualified with Level 5 CIPD in People Management. I am skilled in various areas including people management, research journalism, graphic design, fine art, photography, international communication, and translation & interpretation. I am competent at HR softwares such as Absorb LMS and WeCom, as well as payroll softwares such as Xero. I also have SQE1 level contract, tort, and business law knowledge with a CPD certificate of Employment Law. I have a successful track record in HR policy formulation & implementation, organisation diversification, and interdepartmental project coordination both in China and in the UK.
