I am a seasoned leader who has successfully managed global financial operations, cash flow forecasting, and strategic planning for a range of industries, most extensively in technology. As the Global VP of Finance at Fluent Commerce, I oversaw the financial performance and growth of the leading cloud-native order management platform, supporting its expansion into new markets and regions and supporting capital raising activities. I also led the implementation of best practices and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the finance function. More recently, I have held Interim Financial Controller roles in mid-sized groups where I have led teams through change and systems implementation.I have a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, optimising resources, and enhancing stakeholder value. I am a people-centric leader who values collaboration and diversity in building high-performing teams. I am also committed to continuous learning, professional development, and diversity and inclusion, having led the DEI group at Fluent Commerce in implementing meaningful organisational change.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and I am a qualified Chartered Accountant.
