We manage three key verticals that shape the employee lifecycle for a 1,700-member team, seated primarily in Mumbai but extending our support to colleagues in Shenzhen and Singapore.1. Centralized OperationsWe work closely with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and department heads to streamline staffing and hiring decisions by tracking team size, monitoring capacity, and running employee development programs that enable both temporary and permanent lateral moves.2.
