My responsibilities include supporting dermatology providers in a hybrid role combining scribing, clinical assistance, and administrative duties. I see patients in general dermatology and pediatrics. I room patients, take histories, and chart during the appointment, as well as coordinating appointments, referrals, and prior authorizations. In addition to educating patients on treatment plans and procedures, I am able to assist with biopsies, cryotherapy, and lesion excisions. I am pursuing my Certified Dermatology Technician certification.
