Executive professional with over twenty years of experience in various career trajectory and while I am still continuously earning, I can confidently say that I can also help transfer a plethora of knowledge, skills and expertise to individuals, communities and institutions across the city, state and country. Two years ago, I returned to Bank of America, this time as the Financial Center Manager at one of the most fast paced, tier-one Financial Centers located at the South-Bay Mall in Boston. Presently, I manage a team of 7 Associates and often times up to 10 employees\' including newly hires; from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Previously, I worked as a Branch Manager at Santander Bank for sixteen months and Managed a team of a total of 9 to 10 Associates. My past experiences include working as a Business Consultant, for three and a half years at Fiserv Merchant Services LLC; previously First Data, Inc; in partnership with the Clover Solutions Inc (a sister company of Fiserv Merchant Solutions) also in partnership with Santander Bank. I also worked for four and a half years at Bank of America Merchant Services LLC as the Assistant Vice-President Merchant Services Consultant in partnership with Bank of America; NA. Prior to that, I worked for two years as a Teacher at the Boston Public Schools\' Special Education Department. During my Public Health era, I also implemented Social Media Marketing and Public Health Campaigns on Substance Abuse Prevention and Education Services. Moreover, I volunteered for Political Campaigns and conducted Action Research Surveys and Data Analysis around youth substance use and addiction. I engaged in Public Relations, Community Organizing and Youth Empowerment social services; while implementing Women\'s Health and Public Health Education. I have worked with marginalized populations from all cultures, age, gender, sexual orientation and religious backgrounds.
