Passionate about turning empathy into action, I bring 7+ years of experience empowering marginalized communities through program management, stakeholder engagement, and social enterprise. From leading coastal cleanups in the Philippines to supporting women entrepreneurs in Uganda to build sustainable businesses, and youth initiatives in Myanmar, I’m driven by purpose, equity, and creating global impact that lasts. At my core, I’m a relationship-builder 🤝 who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and rallying collaborative teams. Guided by a people-first mindset and strong PMP-aligned skills, I bring structure, adaptability, and heart to every project. Program highlights include leading impactful initiatives across 4 countries, delivering projects 20% under budget; mentoring 30+ women in Kampala to launch sustainable businesses In leadership and coaching, I’ve facilitated DEI workshops for 100+ professionals, coached over 100 underrepresented voices in public speaking and advocacy, and taught ESL lessons to help 500+ learners build cross-cultural confidence. Beyond the desk, I founded VanCity Hiking Gals, a community of 50+ women connected through nature and adventure 🥾. I walked 895 km across Spain, proof that good shoes really do matter, and travelled to 30+ countries, getting lost in the Pyrenees, stargazing in haunted Romania, and collecting stories everywhere. Lifelong learning fuels how I lead through reflection, lived experience, and constant growth in leadership, equity, and impact. Whether designing inclusive programs or writing to process the world, I believe learning turns good intentions into lasting change.
