As Senior Director, I lead province‑wide physician compensation (fee‑for‑service) reporting and analytics and serve as the data domain manager for the Health Authority Management Information System (HAMIS).I anticipate systemwide pressures, identify medium‑ and long‑term risks, and design strategic responses aligned with government priorities. My work ensures the Ministry’s analytic and financial planning frameworks enable evidence‑informed decision‑making, cross‑ministry collaboration, and modern, data‑driven compensation models.Within the Corporate Services Division at the Ministry of Health, I operate at the intersection of data governance, strategic planning, analytics, performance monitoring, and financial and people functions - helping to modernize data systems, strengthen governance, and ensure decisions are supported by high‑quality, timely, and well‑governed information.Scope & Impact- Lead FFS compensation reporting and analytics across the health system- Steward the HAMIS dataset as designated data domain manager- Engage executive partners (Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, CIHI) to advance policy and modernization- Integrate analytics and financial planning to support evidence‑informed decisions and data‑driven models- Oversee operational analytics (business intelligence, modelling, forecasting, evaluation, reporting) using MSP, PLIS, and HAMIS data
