I am accountable for setting and delivering the People and Culture agenda aligned to the business strategy. I lead a global team of HR professionals to deliver across a range of initiatives including- Attracting, retaining and engaging talent across Investments, Distribution and Enablement- Reviewing the reward philosophy and approach to drive performance, alignment and retention (across public and private markets teams)-Presenting to/consulting with the People and Remuneration Committee on key people topics- Working with my peers in the Executive Committee and with Managing Partners to increase engagement levels across First Sentier Group- Planning and delivery of organisational changes to support the business strategy and plans- Delivery of the end to end employee lift cycle in a way that creates a positive employee experience whilst also meeting legal and regulatory requirements across the different markets we operate in globally.I am also the Accountable Executive for Corporate Sustainability at FSG. This involves providing executive leadership to a small team who deliver an impactful sustainability agenda across four pillars of the environment, supply chain, community and diversity, equity and inclusion.
