I am an experienced, driven and focused legal professional offering over 30 years of in-house legal expertise in the utility sector. I articled at Ontario Hydro in 1993 and am currently Assistant General Counsel, as well as the company\'s Privacy Officer and Chief Records Officer. I work on a wide range of matters in the area of corporate/commercial law. I have been the lead lawyer for the company\'s conservation and demand management initiatives, as well as the company\'s telecommunications business.
