ABOUT ADELE MARTINS
I am a Partner and head of Magrath LLP\'s Employment Department. A qualified solicitor since 1998 and an equity partner since 2004, I have spent more than 25 years resolving employment disputes. I have extensive experience of employment litigation in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeals Tribunal and High Court. I have brought and defended a wide variety of claims including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, injunctive relief and breach of contract, and whistleblowing victimisation. 25 plus years of litigation has taught me that it is often not the most effective way of resolving disputes - so in 2025 I qualified as a mediator.
