I help people to live with more peace, presence and purpose! I teach Yoga classes - that are suitable for all levels, people and bodies.And offer workplace sessions that are tailored to your organisation\'s needs. That could be anything from a few desk based yoga classes to promote more movement during the day, to a full health and wellness program including working one to one with staff who need a little extra help with their movement and mindset.
