I\'m one of our equity partners and help lead our firm in delivering our promise and service pledge to clients across our multi-service law firm. My day to day work is a mix of management and leadership, mentoring our team of 20 residential legal advisors, trainees, assistants and paralegals to deliver excellence across our property matters. I still work on a range of matters, dealing more these days with the more complex and less \'run of the mill\' cases for new and longstanding clients alike.
