Responsible for the lifecycle management of my product lines, with a focus on new products. My role requires me to identify market needs based on collecting VOC (voice of the customer) and market analysis, develop business cases and lead projects through the development process to launch. I lead and/or participate in many cross-functional teams on a daily basis- Create and execute a strategic plan that begins with business case development and includes the following activities; competitive research, pricing, forecasting, analyzing sales data, and conducting market/user research for the entire product line- Provide customer-driven product requirements that are used for new product development and improving current products- Develop a unified connected experience between our tools and software products; which includes developing product strategy, roadmap, definition, positioning and lifecycle management- Work with our Marketing Communications team to develop a go-to-market strategy for launches and exisiting products- Provide monthly reports on sales trends, and identify reasons for significant changes in sales and margin
