Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Understand customer needs in relation to Paragon’s service offerings and ensure timely, effective responses to requests, consistently meeting agreed service levels and KPIs.Business Performance Monitoring: Lead Monthly Business Review forums and produce regular reporting, including the Monthly Management Information (MI) pack and weekly forecasts, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Commercial & Contract Oversight: Take ownership of the commercial and contractual deliverables for your client account, including the management of SLAs and KPIs.Account Development Support: Work closely with the Account Director to support the delivery of Account Development Plans (ADPs), aligning client goals with service capabilities.Strategic Networking & Partnerships: Proactively build and influence relationships outside your immediate team. Identify and pursue new collaborative partnerships to strengthen and expand business services.Market Insight Sharing: Communicate industry and client trends to colleagues and partners, highlighting emerging business opportunities and informing strategic decisions.Continuous Improvement: Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across internal and client-facing processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.Innovation Leadership: Actively identify opportunities for innovation and assist the Account Director in presenting proposals to clients and agency stakeholders.Problem Solving: Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, collaborating with the relevant teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
