I get a huge amount of energy and pleasure from working with people. I love building relationships with clients and collaborating to deliver a fantastic end product. Working remotely during the pandemic brought challenges for us all. Striking the right balance around communication can be tough but the need to communicate and be appreciated is a basic human condition that drives us all.With over 26 years experience in research, I have a strong track record in operations, delivering complex projects and leading a large operational team. Significant experience in operational transformation and implementation, proficient in managing a multi million pound P&L. I have a proven track record of working across a large organisation with the ability to influence and lead others. I feel very lucky to have worked at Ipsos for 25 years, working alongside some amazing colleagues, I’ve had the opportunity to change roles along the way, make mistakes add learn from them.
