ABOUT ADELCHI DE MIRANDA
Hi, I\'m Adelchi! I\'m a Business Creation and Entrepreneurship student in H-Farm College x University of Chichester, with a passion for innovation, problem solving and making a real impact. My experiences so far have taken me across a variety of industries, from agriculture to consulting and finance, giving me a unique perspective on how to address challenges in dynamic environments. I’m currently working as an intern in SLB where I’m learning how the facility department of a multinational company works and all the tasks related to it.From Lumina Consulting I gained valuable experience in market research, data analysis and project management. The experience I spent at Yara S.p.A, a leading agribusiness company, taught me how to think critically about sustainability and innovation and how to deal with operational and analytical activities.In addition, I have had roles that have taught me the value of adaptability and teamwork, such as agricultural worker and waiter from which I learnt the value of customer relations management. Each experience has added something new to my skills and mindset, from organising under pressure to working with people from all backgrounds.I am always looking to learn and grow, whether through internships, exciting projects or connecting with other people who share my curiosity. I am particularly attracted to opportunities that give me tangible experience and skills and where I can make the difference.
