Measurement and control of systems for Logistics Costs. Support Business Units and Markets to increase profitability. Budget & Forecasting- Freight and other Supply Chain Costs Budget preparation on annual basis (Transport and Handling Costs, Custom Duty)- Half year forecast preparation Reporting - Month-end reporting and analysis for actual vs budget comparisons- Year on year deviations analysis by market and cost type- Examination of the evolution of the main cost drivers: Direct and Normal Deliveries- Prepare monthly Logistics Costs and KPIs presentation for CEO- Produce detailed primary transport variance analysis to identify as soon as possible any positive or negative trend and support the Logistics department to optimize costs- Identification of the main causes of deviations and suggesting corrective action plans for bringing costs in line with expectations/budgets - Service Level Report and Sales Forecast accuracy analysis- Support the PLs to simulate new scenarios, new business, product allocation Costing - Develop the costing process in collaboration with the Global Shared Service Center in order to simplify the invoice reception, check, authorization and booking, with the new ERP system- Responsible for the periodic costing and relevant accruals management;
