With over 20 years of experience, I’ve built my career around delivering cloud-based IT solutions that drive real business impact like Oracle ERP consulting (both on-premises and cloud environments), data integration, solution architecture and development, machine learning, and OCI GenAI implementation. leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, I thrive on solving tough challenges and delivering results that matter. What really drives me, though, is staying ahead of the curve. I\'m passionate about leveraging emerging technologies like AI/ML to enhance data engineering and enterprise applications. Functional & Responsibilities: • Design, analysis, development, and maintenance of Systems in on-premises and Cloud environments. • Lead and manage full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Fusion and Oracle EBS, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. • Design, analyze, and develop system architecture to support multiple applications, but not limited to these functional areas: Oracle Cloud Finance, Banking, HCM, MFG, SCM, etc. • Proficiency in Oracle development tools and technologies - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SaaS Extensions (VBCS), Custom Workflow processes (OPA), Oracle Analytics Cloud, APEX, including SQL, PL/SQL, BIP reporting tools. • Provides training and technical assistance to other team members, users, and internal and external customers for the generation of various types of forms and reports • Troubleshoot and optimize integration flows, errors, and performance issues. • Act as a key support for the successful integration of new systems into current platforms and infrastructure to allow for a seamless launch of new products or upgrades. • Monitor evolving IT trends and business requirements, working with third parties to identify and assess appropriate tools/solutions as required • Demonstrated expertise in database and data platform development, with advanced programming skills on both SQL Server and Oracle platforms.
