   Responsible for database architecture, design, development, and production support of more than SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, Postgres and MySQL/Maria DB databases supporting HPE major business, sales, and commercial websites.Migration efforts to exit DXC data center and migrate HPE databases into HPE own data centers just concluded. Worked very closely with five different Service Integrators (SIs), HPE architects, engineers, DBAs, storage, and server teams to plan and coordinate the future build and strategy for migrating the various flavors of databases. My team is responsible for, but not limited to, architecting/designing future database cluster builds (Dev, stage, production, standby and DR), develop migrations methods, train and guide and supervise various SI DBAs to execute the migration steps and plan the testing and cutover activities. Project received many accolades from executives and many industry leaders.Along with the migration efforts, we are developing a DR/BC build and execution strategy for all database servers to reduce RPO and RTO as mandated by HPE business executives.Supervise, guide and mentor several database leads and database administrators to reach their full potential career goals while providing excellent operational support and performance stability to HPE business partners.Supporting multiple applications databases (MariaDB and Mongo) using container technologies - Docker and Kubernetes.Experienced in performing root cause analysis and advance performance tuning.
