I love helping businesses make their supply chains work better, from start to finish. I specialise in data and Advanced Planning Systems (APS) mapping, using visualisation tools to uncover insights and boost performance. I also bring extensive experience in large-scale data centre and manpower planning projects, serving diverse industries like consumer goods, tech, and healthcare. One of my favourite achievements was setting up and leading a new offshore team in Egypt for Kinaxis projects. I had the pleasure of recruiting, training, and helping over 20+ people grow, making sure we all worked together smoothly across different teams. I\'m truly passionate about making a real, measurable difference – whether it\'s by optimising operations, driving business transformation through new processes, or supporting strategic growth initiatives like market expansion, product growth, M&A, and key partnerships. Plus, my time working in Japan and the Middle East (where I\'m fluent in Arabic!) has given me a unique insight into different cultures and how business gets done in those regions.
