Welcome!I\'m Adekemi, a seasoned Software Engineer and, I\'m passionate about creating software solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.In my recent role at Article, a leading e-commerce furniture retailer, I led a team of five members in implementing a product recommendations system utilizing technologies like Amazon Personalize, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, GraphQL, gRPC, and Vue. We delivered tailored recommendations on the company\'s website and customer emails increasing customer engagement. My responsibilities included mastering Amazon Personalize, guiding the team, task breakdown, estimation, and prioritization. Collaboration was paramount, given the involvement of cross-functional teams and microservices. I ensured seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.With every project I am involved in I prioritize active listening to understand customer needs fully and am dedicated to delivering high-quality work. Valuing teamwork and effective communication, I proactively address obstacles to ensure team success and long-term results.
