About Adejoke Shodeinde
I was raised in Ibadan, Nigeria and got my MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have had and continue to have the privilege to experience different cultures both in Nigeria and United States of America. I am very Nigerian when it comes to my outstanding cooking, movies/TV shows and proverbs. I enjoy gardening, learning, reading self-help books, long walks, traveling, and volunteering especially related to food security. Currently, I manage the deals and P&L for Firewall business unit at Cisco as part of the goal to grow the Security business at the company. I was recognized for cross-functional collaboration and leadership in process improvements. Priorities for my next role are impactful and tangible contributions to my team and the company at large, leverage existing skillset and experiences, and opportunities for career growth. I thrive in diverse, intellectually challenging and vibrant work environment. My greatest satisfaction comes from advising and helping people - can be being a mom, improving financial processes, sharing life lessons with others or volunteering at my local food bank.
