I’m a Senior Content Designer at Microsoft working at the intersection of AI, accessibility, and enterprise UX.My work focuses on shaping how people experience Microsoft 365 Copilot and admin tools by designing the words, systems, and guardrails that help IT admins, businesses, and users understand and trust complex AI-powered experiences.I design the output of Copilot GenAI skills by writing system prompts and content patterns that prioritize clarity, accuracy, and responsible AI behavior. I also build content design agents and shared evaluation frameworks used by both humans and AI to scale content quality, accessibility, and consistency across teams.Accessibility is a core part of my practice. I serve as a content accessibility champion, run weekly office hours, and help teams design content that works for real people across abilities, languages, and contexts.My background in engineering and technical communication helps me translate deeply technical systems into clear, usable experiences. I work closely with product, engineering, research, applied science, and design to align content strategy with how products actually behave in the world.I care about content as infrastructure: designed to scale, tested with users, and built to last.
