Adeet leads a team of valuation professionals across Canada, delivering custom models to clients preparing for their next phase of growth, seeking unique tools for prudent risk management and exploring strategies to unlock additional value drivers. Adeet manages mandates involving the valuation of private businesses, interests, and assets for transaction, tax restructuring and value advisory purposes. Adeet has served as the national lead manager for the firm\'s Valuation of Financial Instruments practice. Through his diverse valuation experience, Adeet is able to provide clients with holistic solutions in matters involving valuation of financial instruments including derivatives and complex contracts as part of the firm\'s Quantitative Advisory practice. Adeet has served as the lead manager for the firm\'s Valuation for Financial Reporting practice in BC for multiple years. During his tenure, he has assisted numerous clients and audit teams with solutions involving determination of Fair Value of businesses, assets and transactions. Adeet is experienced in assessing Fair Value in the context of Purchase Price Allocations, Goodwill Impairment testing and private company Portfolio Investments. Adeet is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. In addition, Adeet is designated as a Chartered Financial Modeler by the Financial Modeling Institute. Adeet has a Bachelor of Management, with a minor in Economics, from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Accounting from the University of Alberta.
