About Adeel Hasan Khan
With a solid background as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant for a Microsoft SaaS/ERP product, I have had the unique experience of having to completely redesign the business processes and strategies of my clients. With a 100% Customer retention rate, and working onsite, I developed exceptional Client relations and Account Management skills. I strongly believe that this experience made me look at things from the point of view of a Business, learning each strategies and process of each and every vertical to successfully execute our goals, which in turn, leads me to get into multiple roles if needed. Meticulous data management skills and excellent mentoring and training skills. This experience led me to the Healthcare staffing industry, where my Account Management and Client services skills were the perfect fit for the job. Additionally, I was also given the opportunity to train and mentor of one of our Recruitment team, and this added a Recruitment Manager/Team Lead skill set, which I performed to the best of my abilities. And even though I am extremely passionate about mentoring and having one-on-one interactions with my team to help each other grow & implement Business Improvement Strategies, throughout this journey, I have realised that my strongest and most natural skill set is that of interacting with Clients at an exceptional level.
