I am currently tasked at one of Sonic Automotive\'s advanced F&I stores. My role is to:•Implement dealership policies and procedures and maintain a clean and organized record of all transactions.•Address missing stipulations communicated from lender immediately and also adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.•Knowledgeable in state regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act to train and supervises sales staff of any changes in regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.•Sell credit insurance and service contracts and lifestyle products and achieve/ overachieve internal KPIs of PUR, SVC penetration and PPC.•Maintain a lender guide of programs currently used and obtains a working knowledge of them.•Evaluate new lender programs and go over deals with lenders. Works all deals diligently.•Maintain current inventory log and make recommendations to General Manager for a quick turnover.•Train administrative personnel on assembling funding packages.•Design and place advertisement for special finance.•Properly cost special finance deals (prepares profit sheets).
