I\'m a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in event planning, program organization, and social media management. I\'ve had the pleasure of honing my skills in leadership, training, and administrative duties throughout my career and through my involvement as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.In my most recent role as Operations Manager, I\'ve led projects in start-up and people-centered organizations, created policies and procedures, coordinated travel for 30-40 professional music artists, and developed processes for new members. As a Social Media Manager, I offer support for small businesses, create content, and provide one-on-one consulting to help my clients grow their online presence.During my time as an Assistant Director at East Carolina University (ECU), I was able to supervise staff, manage multiple spaces, execute contracts, and facilitate the leadership development of students. I also advised various student organizations while employed at ECU, including the Black Student Union and W.O.M.A.N.
