Adedoyin Abimbola is a Brooklyn-born Political Science scholar at Howard University, with minors in International Affairs and Legal Communications. Her upbringing shaped a deep commitment to public service, immigrant rights, civil rights, and ensuring that young people from underrepresented communities have a voice in the systems that govern their lives.At Howard, she is intentionally building experience at the intersection of policy, leadership, and civic engagement. Through campus leadership, mentorship work, competitive speech and debate, and her role as a congressional intern, Adedoyin is gaining hands-on exposure to advocacy, legislative processes, and public-facing communication, grounding her academic interests in real-world impact.She is passionate about expanding access to justice, investing in young people, and improving political systems that allow communities to thrive.
