Led the design efforts for Quickteller Business, a comprehensive business solution for B2B and B2C that streamlines invoicing, payments, and e-commerce. Through user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, designed an easy-to-use platform that automates payment processes, improves accessibility, and enables collaboration for increased business success. Resulted in a 30% increase in revenue and a 50% reduction in time spent on administrative tasks.\\\\n• Redesigned Quickteller Business marketing website, resulting in a 200% increase in website leads, a 87% increase in user traffic, and a 41% increase in conversion rates. By conducting user research and analysis of web traffic, we identified pain points and opportunities for improvement. The new design focused on simplifying navigation, improving visual hierarchy, and creating a clear call to action. The result was a more engaging and effective website that increased user engagement and conversions.\\\\n• Maintain UX/UI templates, design mockups, usage scenarios, user flows, prototypes, navigational maps, and experience documentation for assigned products.\\\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to drive clear product vision and ensure alignment on design goals and requirements.
