Analyze department needs and create supporting workflows Manage department projects and deadlines in coordination with department leadership team. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.Act as the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) as it relates to project progression.Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.Implement process improvements to increase efficiencies and support internal stakeholders in understanding and implementing such changes.Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of the sprintsHelp build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
