As a dedicated corporate travel professional, I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations within the Travel and Hospitality industry. With a strong foundation in rail and flight bookings, ticketing, hotel, and car reservations across multiple GDS platforms including Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, and Galileo, I specialize in creating seamless, cost-effective travel solutions. My expertise ensures accuracy, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency at every stage of the travel process. During my recent co-op placement and transition into the Canadian travel industry, I gained hands-on experience using industry-leading platforms such as Agent Universe, AgentMate, Sirev, and Cruise Complete to research travel packages, prepare cruise quotations, build client itineraries, manage bookings, handle invoicing, and maintain data integrity. Over the years, I have successfully managed corporate travel portfolios for several Fortune 500 companies, including Visa Nigeria, Le Meridien, TNS Mobile, Royal FrieslandCampina (WAMCO Peak Milk), CHI Limited (Hollandia Yoghurts/Chivita), and Standard Chartered Bank delivering strategic, high-touch travel services tailored to global corporate standards. Beyond traditional bookings, I bring extensive knowledge of air and seaport operations, cargo transport, and haulage, strengthened by hands-on experience in freight forwarding and end-to-end logistics management. My strategic mindset and attention to detail have enabled me to navigate complex customs procedures and support smooth, compliant logistics solutions. Academically, I hold a B.Sc. in Public Administration from Lagos State University and recently completed a Tourism Diploma at Mohawk College, Ontario, Canada.(Dean’s Honour List) and completed my co-op placement with Let’s Go Travel, Burlington, I am a TICO-Certified Travel Counsellor, having passed the Travel Industry Council of Ontario exam on my first attempt with a 90% score, underscoring my commitment to ethical and compliant travel practices. As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Management (ACPM) and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (ACILT), I actively pursue professional growth and uphold industry standards. Currently seeking mid or senior-level opportunities as a Corporate Travel Consultant, I bring a proactive, client-focused approach and a relentless drive for excellence in corporate travel coordination, travel logistics optimization, and personalized service delivery whether remote, hybrid, or onsite.
