I am working with a team of dedicated professionals, using the Wagile methodology to achieve a complete digital transformation/translation of a dressmaking company. Typically, I interface with the stakeholders to establish baselines (costs, schedule, quality, and resource requirements). Additionally, it is my responsibility to ensure compliance with the agreed statutes, while managing human interactions in order to achieve the best results possible. Due to the constrain of human resources, especially with regards to the availability of enough business analysts on the project, I have had to work on decomposing high level requirements, extract epics, and develop user stories.
